The methodology behind Active Estimating is Paul's life work. Decades of hands-on estimating across healthcare, commercial, and infrastructure projects. He teaches estimating at UC Davis and has consulted for organizations including NASA. The Full-Cycle Cost Intelligence methodology is his own work, now protected by patent-pending technology.

Rich brings expertise in commercialization, monetization strategy, and data-integrated solution design at enterprise scale. At Hilti, he led financial strategy, planning and steering and conceived new selling models. At Stanley Black & Decker, he designed and launched solution selling and digital selling capabilities.

Vishesh combines deep construction knowledge with data science expertise. His PhD research at UC Berkeley focused on construction problems that needed machine learning solutions. He translates methodology into software that adapts to how different organizations work.

John brings extensive experience building applications for complex systems. His PhD in neuroscience taught him how interconnected systems process massive amounts of information. His scientific training ensures the platform handles the messy reality of construction data.
